Owner
Susan received her BA in Political Science from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1989. She received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1992 and, at one point, returned to her alma mater to teach ethics to incoming first-year law students. Currently admitted to practice law in both Georgia and New York, she exhibits the dedication and experience to help each client achieve their goal.
Our Attorney
Susan Green Miller has been a practicing real estate attorney in the Atlanta area since 1993. In 1996, she opened her own law firm so she could personally serve her fast-growing clientele. Her proficiency in investor and owner-occupied transactions makes her the attorney of choice to many of Atlanta’s most prominent lenders, both public and private, as well as to some of the busiest real estate brokers in Atlanta. Having closed over 20,000 transactions, it is still her personal commitment to her clients and the unsurpassed customer service she provides that sets her apart from other firms.
